Maintenance Massage

Based on three 50-minute sessions. It has to be used within 3 months and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

Therapeutic Massage

A 45 or 60 minute massage treatment.
A targeted, therapeutic approach aimed at treating specific musculoskeletal conditions. Using advanced techniques, clinical massage helps relieve chronic pain, improve mobility, and address issues such as sciatica, frozen shoulder, or tension headaches. Every session is tailored to your condition and recovery goals.
Pain Management

Extended 90-minute treatment.
We combine pressure point massage with optional electrotherapy to reduce pain and inflammation at its source. This method targets nerve pathways and muscular trigger points, offering effective relief from both acute and chronic pain without relying on medication.
Cupping Therapy + Gua Sha (IASTM)

An ancient technique using suction cups to stimulate blood flow, loosen tight muscles, and support detoxification. Cupping is especially effective for relieving back and shoulder pain, improving circulation, and aiding in recovery after intense physical activity.
Flexi Membership

Membership provides one 50-minute massage treatment per month for a set price. Best value for regular massage. One massage a month. Unused massages cannot be claimed back or transferred to someone else.
Post-Injury Recovery
We offer gentle, progressive therapy to help restore strength, flexibility, and mobility after injury or surgery. Each recovery plan is tailored to your stage of healing and is designed to support your return to full function – safely and effectively.
